capital meeda hopestho invest cheydam kattam...nenu ilage analysis seskoni vjw guntur highway meda konna capital rakamundu...sq yrs 10kki...my gut feeling is capital vaste pakka perugutadi...capital rakapoina 10-20 yrs tarvata vjw and guntur diameters perugutai...so both cities kalavalsinde...so no big risk ani... it worked out

this is what some of my friends did 5 months back, now they get offers for 1.7cr.

still Amaravthi is best place to invest as of now, compared to vja and guntur. 20k/per sq.yard
