ofcourse citylo unte ammeskodame better...maku citylo undi ..adi pedhaga perigi chavatla...nuvu malli hyd citylo konte pedha perigedi undadu....nuvu ikkada ammesi hyd outskirtslo kone plan unte u can definitely do it...kakapote kabla prblms lekunda chusko

3 bedroom ante enni sq ft uncle? living enta vastadi? how old is the apt? it depends on lot of factors kada

sq ft correct ga gurthu ledhu 1200-1400sqft anukunta. 2013 lo konnam 32lakhs ki as investment to resale, ventana 35ki ammasam, registration issue vachi 35lakh vadu back step vesadu, taravtha konni rojulu empty ga undhi and konni nenalu rent ki icham. in the mean time rates peruguthu vachai. now 70-75lakh undhi antunnaru but no buyer. we are also not aggressive looking to sell it just 1 or 2 people ki cheppam buyer ni chudamani.

Thats wat ppl are saying, rates evadiki ishtam ochinatlu vallu cheptunaru ammetollu, kani kone vallu leru ah rates ki ani
