h4 eads very easy to get job....apply directly to prime vendors on W2.

But keep experience only 5 years and apply mid level positions.

My wife successfully got job in 3 months. mid level position

Getting job on h4 ead is easy if you are well prepared for F2F interview.ask her to work hard and prepare for interviews,if you even able to find a *****(any technology) they are not reliable.

5 years pettam but ekkuva postings levu weblogic lo. so we made mistake of choosing technology . Nenu ade technology lo pani chesta and i interviewed lot of people for my company ,i thought that i can prepare well in this technology . She learned good but she needs couple of more interviews to pass . Last 1 month lo okka reply raledu . btw which technology did your wife choose ?

ento bhayya`s , genuine ga 6 months kastapadi try chesam job gurinchi . no luck .na technology lone train chesa , so that malli job support ani parigettakunda .akariki telisina oka ammayi ni adiga ***** support istava ani ,tega cutting ichindi . Valla husband ki nene ***** ichi place chesa 3 years back .

Try to have online presence.. like create a github account.. work on a personal project on some ideas and tell her to push her project code in there.. put that github link in resume and cover letter. if there are any open source projects she can try contributing to them and add those links to resume as well..

Programming ki aithe ivi panikosthai.. if she is looking for jobs in tools, may be she can try something similar. Good Luck
