turlia best, i bought house Apt for 120K in columbus after 3 yrs it became 180K, so sold it. 60K profit + $1200 rent ( mortgage was $820)

Rusk raja in USA house or car won't be able to sell more than the price paid.

500-600 range lo illu konte..they wont appreciate much..

a houses may be 350-400K vi 500-600 nadustadi summer lo and also market is in peaks..

december ragane easy ga 50-75k padtai..next year market bisket ayyaka inko 75..appudu normal rate ki vastadi market..
