Shortcut to shred right. Yeah it's an amazing program, I tried it and had very good results back in 2013. Ippudu de movitation phase lo unna so not going to the gym since the past one month. 

Good program give it a try. I like Jim Stoppani's programs more than Kris Gethin's. Stoppani's workouts are geared better towards functional strength and lean muscle development.

I saw improvements within the first 2 weeks itself after going on a cut in the past.

naadi bhi 2nd week , im feeeling good after a long workout everyday

whey and casein baa , also i also observed last friday went to gym with out supplements directly from wrk , kinda fatigue early into the workout

Wrong thing. Pre workout should always have BCAAs. Take a BCAA mix as a pre workout supplement. 

Green tea as a pre workout supplement works amazing as well, esp when mixed with Apple Cider Vinegar. 

I used to love Jack3d before those f***rs changed the formula, it sucks ass now.
