0500: wake up, personal hygiene and bay maintenance

0530: formation, personnel/weapons count, DS report to 1SG

0600: PT or run/ sprints(Ability Group Run/ 30/60s)

0700: change into ACUs / shower

0745: formation/ march to chow

0900: training

1200: chow

1300:Training

1700-1830: chow

1900-2000: mail and release for personal time

2100-2130: lights out
