I did the program last year, nenu vadi training program ee follow ayyanu. i didn't take any of his supplement suggestions.

Training program is good. Very extensive though, but supplementation is Meh!!

you can just father appear by constant practise.. by 6th week you should be able to do 2-3 mins at the least.
