adi kanpinchadu unless you make your body a fat burning machine. wait until 5th week. Abs fat is the last to go. So eat healthy fats vayya. Like avacado/Neyyi/ Organic Butter/ Coconut Oil.  You fat intake should be atleast 100g you can calculate based on you BMR though. carbs tagginchu.. Only carbs you should be eating is Veggies. Muscle gain undadu peddaga.. but Abs lo ee feeling kavalo adi vastadi. patience is the key here.

yaa , tbh naaku  more than the changes its the fact that im hitting the gym and watching what im eating is the motivating factor , i know rome was not bulit in a day , if so its foolish on my path to expect the changes so rapid

@3$% indianized aa emo buddy...weight = grams protien intake, enough carbs and fibre diet chusko and drink plenty of water thats all

chicken eggs fish bacon steak 

broc carrot beet peppers beans(4 types) celery spinach

berries watermelon cantaloupe bananas

peanutbutter milk oatmeal nutmix honey cereals 

e content ni mix and match chesko thats all
