GA rules says- 

Speeding:
15 mph but less than 19 mph		2 points

 

Kavalane 17mph antunnadu (30 loo 47 ani raasadu ) ... I dont think he has a speeding device ... because he was watching me from front side ... he stopped by by showing his hand.

I think I am not guilty (i didnt see my speedometer) but there is no chance of speeding in that galli during morning hours ..
