And most of the desi vendors give this rate because after PV pays they take their commission and pay this rate...direct prime vendor minimum 65+ untadi...not implementation partners like tc and infy, I am talkinabout prime vendors...

mana employer gallu direct prime vendor ki enduku submit cheyaru antey, appudappudu prime vendor gadu face to face rammantey manam povali, okavela ranu ani khathal padthey prime vendor will not trust your employer again...so employer reputation kapadukotaniki theydont submit to prime vendors unless you are strong in your technology.
