these days agents oka 2 yrs genuine ga undii later all of a sudden jump jilaaani...manam tickets mundhe book cheskuntam kaani vaaadu confirm cheyyadu just block anthe..nee travel date oka 2 days mundhuu he will reserve...ala chaala scams chesthunnaru

Yes bro...tell them that parents cant speak english it will be very challenging for them to board the flight,change gates, immigration and all ani... They will suggest you to book assistance program ( Not wheelchair) .Tell them clearly we are not looking for wheel chair option ani
