me HR ki position post esinapudu resumes raleda?? they have to document everything kada..why others are denied and why they chose urs anedi...?? anduke kada  Ad mana job roles ki 100% match ayyela unique ga undela chuskuntaru

Going to Singapore is good option..

1) H1 cycle reset avutadi.

2) if u do a manager or lead role, next time us ki vaste Eb1 chances untai.ikkada kuda manager aite.

3) Singapore is much closer to India, anni holidays vastai.

Lifew lo change vachinattu untadi.

If I can apply jobs in Canada. How about visa sponsorship

 

 

If any consultancy can sponsor GC with out transferring my h1. Aathaniki LCA approve aiyyaka transfer pettukunta. Will pay expenses antanu. Is that possible

better find desi consultancy and file labour...e madhya labour 3 months lo approve avvuthunnayi anta...

yes change employer asap and file new labor.
