Small film ‘Pelli Choopulu’ which was made for pretty much one crore of rupees did staggering business in the primary week. The film was released on 29th July and has finished its first week run successfully.

Glowing reviews from critics, appreciation from Tollywood biggies like Rajamouli and great word of mouth has helped this small film to rake in Rs 5 Cr (share) in the first week worldwide.

The share that came in the first week is almost five times of its budget.

Andhra Pradesh and Telangana – Rs 2.95 Cr

USA – 1.75 Cr
