i dinn generalize.. i said logic between paying rent and paying mortage is pretty darn wrong among desi ppl.. they always imply both are same except mortgage you pay towards your future investment. How about Cash supply? The current Home market in US is kinda a vicious circle and desi ppl are a centripetal force into it.
