andhuke kada mann job vachindhi valaki.. thing endhi ante andaru pr*** pette vasthunaru jobs ki with minimal knowldge nd hardwrk.. i knw ppl wid real time exp sitting on bench for months with no pay nd ulta h1b taxes pay chesthu.. shame on us mann.. market ni atla chesinaru mana foundation thaathalu em cheyalem manam jus watch nd enjoy

not everybody is like that...

p ro xy...lekunda...atleast 4-5 interviews thiskuovali...atleast...2-3 months time padthadi...for setting 4 intervews...

 

interviews lo..chala theory questions untai...related to prcatical...

 

oracle DB A ki...resume lo cnadidate 10+ years ani pedthadu...even with 3 years of real time experience...so asalu interview ni crack chesthadu man...3 years candidate ??
