employer employment agreement and Non-compete for each project

Mee employer employment agreement terms and non-compete terms each client ki project change ayinappudu meetho sign cheyinchukuntada. 

Ma vadu first lo 4 years back join ayinappudu 2 years non compete sign pettinchukunnadu. After that he did not ask for other client projects. Malli ippudu 4 years ayyaka employment agreement ani send chesadu sign cheyamani with new client and vendor name, andulo non compete 2 years undi.  First lo company lo first project ki ok kani ila after 4 years ki ela pedutaru. Nenu No pettanu andam anukuntunna, already project start chesi 3 weeks ayipoyindi. Meeru em antaru.

employer non compete agreement just only for 1 year.......malli neku pampadu ante enduku ani adugu if his explanation is not correct then he is looking for greedyness.....if i were you i wont sign

ya first join ayinappudu employment agreements docs lo non compete term 2 years unde with that client and vendor.  Madyalo vere client ki change ayinapudu idi emi adagaledu but ippudu email chesadu for my new project. company lo join ayyi 4+ years ayindi and GC kooda i-140 ayindi. 

i will say i am not ok with signing this antanu. Em chestadu H1 terminate chesta antada chuddam.

mavadu 2010 lo chepinchukundu ...malla mona 2015 lo chepinchukundu.. edho savu ra ani ichina rasi.. but who cares.. i can transfer anytime
