H1B revocation NOIR - ***Urgent****

Can you please help me in this scenario. This is very urgent. Any help will be really appreciated.

My H1 petition status updated as NOIR (in USCIS case status) on approved H1 with current employer A (On July 27, 2016, we mailed you a notice…) after petition approved 1.5 yrs back (from May 2015 to May2018)
I already had an offer and employer B already filed H1 (in regular processing) with receipt date 26th (On July 26, 2016, we received your Form I-129…).

Employer A not sharing NOIR/RFE copy that he received from USCIS for approved petition. He said he will file response

1. will this NOIR impact my current h1 transfer filed in regular? Can I upgrade it to Premium processing?

2. Is there any risk after USCIS revokes previous h1 after approval of current h1 transfer?

Just curious why did you check the status of your petition if it was approved 1.5 years ago? I thought people will stop checking case status online once it is approved.

NOIR is notice of intent to revoke. My friend got this issue. He changed client location and did not file amendment. Uscis went to site inspection to old client and did not find him there so they issued NOIR. If you don't respond within 30 days to NOIR uscis will cancel your h1b visa.

1. Yes u need to switch transfer to premium processing and get it approved before first one get cancelled

2.No impact mostly if it is on employer.. Depends on the reasons why NOIR has been issued.

Make sure NOIR response is sent by your old employer even if your new petition is approved with a different employer n NOIR is not resolved, you can accumulate out of status period. i know its on the employer but if they cancel your previous h1b due to insufficient or no response for NOIR, they will cancel it retroactively which means from the date it was approved.
