Suggestion About Workday Tool

Hello Friends,

Currently i am working in java from 3 months, my project is going to end by next month(i have not learned anything from this job), so i am planning to change my technology to WORKDAY.       Initially i thought(before joining this job) i can do java but, i figured out that i can't able to do java and it is really difficult for me to continue. i am unable to understand the code also.

some of my friends suggested me WORKDAY tool but i am in confusion whether to go ahead or not? need suggestions guys?

my decision depends on your suggestions

just ala db lo janalu suggestions meeda depend ayte ela...try to understand where you score better - functional or technical. Try searching dice/indeed etc to see how many job ads you see for different technologies. 

if you are not good at coding then SAP functional modules, sales force admin, sharepoint admin etc can be better for you.

No..dont go to Workday... coz they are asking for Workday certification... you can get only workday certification if you work directly to Workday or through implementation partner like deloitte, and deloitte won't allow you coz you are not a full time guy... so its very difficult to get a job, i am trying from 10 months...you cannot even get training or practice like other fields, you need to have Workday tenant access,, only people who are working in Workday will have tenant access.... People Say to go to Workday, thats what they said to me, but its very hard to get a job, you will regret it later..

FYI - I am on H1B , currently i have a work from home job, but very less pay...

also there is no development in workday, so there won't be more jobs, just integration, setup and reports... no coding

Java ki vellalani ela decide ayyav on first place...evado chepte vellnu ani anaku..

if it is the same case..then it will be the same with any of ur selection also..

trust urself and lear...3 months is short span to decide ur future and career..

suggesiton for all OPT pillaps..... consultancy join avutam ani decide aite..start researching about the tool/tech u want to work on well before 2 sems in advacne ..ledu join ayyaka vadu edi chepte adi nerchukundam...ani lazyness chupiste..ilage jump kodtu undalsi vastadi....so be prepared..

days are not going to be easy for OPT folks in future..mudu laga 12+17 months opt anta easy ga raadu.. get ready to deal with RFEs and delays even for STEm extension..

No bhayya intially i took decision about java,i strongly decided but na valla kavatam ledu bayya. i am unable to understand the things in code.

i am trying but life long support ante na valla kadu bayya

basically i am from bio medical background, intially i thought of taking dare step by learning java, and i thought of doing java at the any cost. but coming to reality i am unable to do java bayya. asalu code artam ayitha ledu.

i dont know how to check my skill check, because i dont have much idea here. i just need to depend on someone suggestion bayya.

 

i cant take my own decision. thats the main problem
