Bhayya's.....need lil clarification.....

Wife and new born kid India lo unnadu....naa H1 is expiring by sep12th (wife H4 also expiring on the same day)....extension apply chesa feb lo but still is in processing status (not premium)......wife n kid r planning to come back on sep5th (week before her visa expiry)......

Port of entry lo yemanna problem avudha....kid ikkadey US born....2 months back vellaru visiting expecting that my visa vl get approved....chusthey my visa is still in processing.....

 

What to do ...what not to do.....
