One of my team member told the BA that we cannot have apostrophe in the error message and it is a salesforce limitation so he gave all the error messages as "Can not" instead of "Can't". But BA is from programming background so she asked me is it so? I told her that is impossible and even VBA supports apostrophe.

I asked this close to 40 year old our telugu developer and he says, code is not compiling and shows error message. I couldn't stop the frustration and anger so I asked him "Have you ever heard about escaping characters in your life?" and his answer was "No". I explained him how to do that and thats it after that he never asked me for any help but he goes to other developers frequently for help. 

I don't know if I offended him by asking that question but he always used to say that he had JAVA programming background..I was like WTF!!
