Addressing a campaign rally outside Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Trump called Obama the founder of ISIS and he repeated the same allegation four times for emphasis. Trump in the past has accused Democratic Presidential Candidate and his opponent, Hillary Clinton, of founding the ISIS.
