Who here is a champ in scripting

Please tell me how I can become great at scripting. I am average at best currently but that's not going to cut it. I want to be great at scripting, please suggest ways for me to do be able to do this. 

Also, PM me if you can offer some support for scripting in Python etc. Might need some guidance.
