650 K ilu konte  jumbo loan ki vellali..650 pedtheamu risk unless both have full time jobs and well settled..650 k taxes around 14 k kattlai and that figure might go up every year..

20 vuntene jumbo loan easy ga vastundhi..Almost 4k mon thly payment , taxes and isnurance ki pothai..Do the math according to your salaries.Dont comprimise on other things for the sake of house..
