Adi workout idi diet bro. Aina continue cheyadam kastam kaani backing out Entha sepu. Actually I am already on low carb since many days inkonchem sugars and breakfast ki oat meal ni substitute chestunna  diet lo anthe.

Babaya did you go through video which I posted in gymsons thread? Bokkey na ada thread eyatam nuvv idea carbs anatam.

 

Avoid carbs any form in morning ..talking w.r.t to your goals not for general public. Keto lo first 4-5 days workout performance undadu use intra workout to push limit. After few days your body will be set. If you are on keto for 2 weeks you will prove something to yourselves adi ikkada post cheyyi. Chirak untadi 3 days varaku male periods ani lite tesko.

Let him experiment Dada .. Em kaadu nenu all mix fruit juice chesina .. He will know how body is reacting to certain things. I did hypertrophy on keto. Stayed away from cardio.
