anni diet plans andariki set kavu...you just need to experiment ante..low carb diet naku pichekkipodhi..looks like with 50-30-20 or 40-40-20 split is working for me..any diet...working out is the key

Ya breakfast ki oat meal was never consistent, I ate it after my workout in the mornings.

I tried oatmeal after post workout  in the morning. 

vunna 135lbs ki em avtadii le ani tried but again revising my progress I stopped it. Right now I feel I am on track.
