Stunning all, TDP Telangana unit working President A Revanth Reddy has stated the AP Congress leader and MP KVP Ramachander Rao has become ‘heart and soul’ of Telangana Chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao.

Earlier, KVP was the close aide of former chief minister of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh YS Rajaseskhar Reddy. Now, the congress leader was playing key role in taking crucial decisions and also awarding irrigation contract works to the agencies in Telangana government.

The Congress leader and KCR colluded with Andhra contractors from preparing project reports to finalizing estimations and awarding works to the same agencies.
