Earlier, KVP was the close aide of former chief minister of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh YS Rajaseskhar Reddy. Now, the congress leader was playing key role in taking crucial decisions and also awarding irrigation contract works to the agencies in Telangana government. The Congress leader and KCR colluded with Andhra contractors from preparing project reports to finalizing estimations and awarding works to the same agencies.
