Naa prasthutham unna job QA kabatti cool ga nadichipothondi. actual maa comp work culture aa cool ga untundi ekkuva pressure undadu. So my question is ippudu intha cool ga unna job vadulukoni jump kottadam manchide na ? pls share the pros and cons here. Ila  oke comp lo technology jump kottina vallu evaraina untey pls share your thoughts, your help will be much appreciated. Below are some pros and cons I listed out.
