yeah Hola lanti extensions technically VPN ey ga , i used to use them quite a lot to watch netflix when nflx wasnt available in india... ippudu kuda i use them to watch certain titles that are not available on india nflx

ISPs in india are not allowed to do any police work actually , govt takes it pretty seriously if they do so...  ah article lo kothaga cheppindi em ledu ,apart from saying that the govt cant arrest u for watching blocked wesites
