1.Good pkg

2.  After 6 months gc start chestanu ani annaru  

3. Holiday pay / Insurance - etc 

 

Old Employer

 

1. No issues with Employer 

2. GC started ( Labor approved -- i140 process started)

3. Marketing bad

100k anukoo example ,

5k change location /

Insurance (full / medical  - same for all in MNC kadha), 

Yr bonus -- 2k to 15k(MAX)

2 weeks holiday
