Pittsburgh temple information

Hi,

i need to know regarding hair offering in pittsburgh temple.

For my son's hair offering we are planning to visit this temple. I did talk to temple staff and they told that they wont do whole hair shave.

My friend told me they will do, 

SO need confirmation, if anyone recently went through the hair offering in Pittsburgh temple. or any locals who go can help me...

when i called earlier, i was told that they dont do, we have to go outside and get it done anne...

now they told they would do 3 in temple and whole adjacent to temple area anne...
