Kashmir is an integral part of india, people are very happy but instigators from pak and sufi wahabi islamic elements have started covert ops of pak in name of religion to start a separatist movement in kashmir. Balochistan want to break away from pak, baloch natural minerals and gas reserves are lot of money. Pak sold reserves to china which undertook building the port of quetta and gas plant in balochistan. Inturn they are not even giving balochs proper basic human needs of educations, health,infrastructure, recognization. 

back in 1947 while the partiotion process took place balochistan was independent. Khan of kalat the raja of baloch didnt go with pak while pak occupied over night by sending army, just like it tried with kashmir, but hari singh of kashmir already asked help of V patel , india for military help. V patel clevery negotiated terms of accession and successfully made kashmir an integral part of india . Just like any business deal this was a shitty one too, like article 370 there are certain unfortunate events that cloud kashmir issue.
