Good Salary vs Great Work Dilemma

Not trying to brag. I have 2 options I need to decide in next couple of months. 

One of the clients agreed to partner with any vendor I choose. 105$ per hour for next 1 -1.5 years. I can either go to desi vendor (relative) with 90% in my pocket. Or go to some american vendor who said 120K +10K bonus + 50% of hourly rate in other projects he may get (min 20K as he started his analytics firm). Both file GC immediately. So matter of good money vs great work. 

Current employer Labor file chesi 2 months avutundi. Kani vedu client degara OA chestunadu. 150 quote cheestunadu anta SOW lo next 1 year ki. last 2 years 100 ki chesa. Client na degariki vachi em chedam ani adigadu nenu anta ivalenu kani nenu vundali ani. Vedini vadili vela budhi kavatla endukante wfh adi kuda Friday off and labor in process

EPM - chala pata technology....nanu adigite tech doesn't matter bhayya....advantage enti ante client naku kavalsina vendor ki sign chesadu.....ala build chesa relation.

ade american vendor anuko nuvvu cheppadam batti chusthe neku bane close ga unnadu salary kuda bane isthunnadu enduku antunna ante american vendors nuvvu cheppinatlu salaries sadarnanga ivvaru , so it really depends on the way how you are made up if u have factory worker mindset then desi vendor is better(great money) if you are fun guy exploring lot of things american vendor is great ( great work) gurthunchuko immigration vishyam lo american vendor chala straight forward gothulu tavvadam anedi undadu but desi vendor he can dig lot of gothulu, okaokasari american vendor tho peace of mind utadi ade upcoming desi vendor anuko lot of hidden costs company build cheyali , india lo employees ki salaries ivvali and hyd ofc posh area ki shift cheyali mana daggra dabbulu 10thadu so okakasari peace of mind undadu

nee current employer labor file chesi 2 month ee ayindi kabatti u can take lite and file ur gc asap with the new employer which ever u decide

Agreed. I probably go with american vendor. Problem is he is not ready to do H1 yet. He is planning to do next year. But he wants to hook me up with his partner firm as I am bringing the client now. I also want something easy going for next 1.5 years that way I can finish my PT MBA.
