Passport lo mother last name thappuga undhi (spelling mistake kadhu). 

Visa ki emaina problem avuthundha. ? na passport lo change cheyyali ante yenti process ?

Corrected the name long long ago. When to hyd passport office --> forms fill chesi --> line lo wait chesthe --> in one of the passport page , correct name rasi , sign chesi stamp vesaru.. After that seems like process changed

It seems they are giving new passports with correction but not sure
