I have a client who is willing to sign the contract for 1 to 1.5 years. Please read below requirements and let me know if you fit this criteria. 

Billing Rate: 10-15% of hourly rate

1. Need to be an established firm with at least 10 years of experience handling clients directly

2. Need to have at least 200 employees in payroll

3. Should run payroll twice a month and exactly on mid and last day of month

4. Should be multi-national corp

5. Willing to sponsor H1 immediately and most importantly ability to do GC in EB1c category after 1.5 years

Seriously......is there any employer portal like we have for jobs? Employer galaki demand vundi kada ani rechipotunaru....deni reverse chese portal nene invent chesta...apudu employer gal vachi mana venaka padali.....

eh thread chosi andaru client ki baga maska vesanu anukoneru....it took me 3 years of 50 hrs week, no vacation year, and giving up many more weekends to make the client realize there is no one else out there who can replace me. With turnover of 100% in team, it wouldn't have been possible without my patience.  Layoff has opened a lot of doors to me now and made client literally say how valuable I am. Glad it happened. 

Work hard and be patient. Good things come to you!
