Pls suggest me the Best Home Owner's Insurance Company especially in Florida. Presently I've progressive for auto & home but this time there quote was very very expensive so want to switch. Thanks all in advance

Local Insurance agents (Home insurance related ones) nunchi quotes teesuko..  ee GEICO, ALL STATE lu home insurance chala expensive untadi.. u can get more than 50% less with local agents from other insurance companies meant only for HOme insurance. i'm with Universal Property&Casualty ..

Depends on value (structure & contents), age, Hurricane protection, Flood zone etc.. ituvantivi base chesukoni kadaaa, how can u compare? Also last year maa area Flood zone lo nunchi ettesadu.. so Flood ippudu optional ayindi.. akkada oka 400 save avutundi...

Flood zone asalu naa illu lene ledu but teesukovala vadda ? agents matram recommended ani bhayapeduthunnaru

if you think your house is elevated a bit from the road.. you don't have to.. also you can search if the area ever had floods or any others claimed flood insurance .. based on that decide to keep it or not.. basically if you are not in a lake / canal vicinity you can opt it out..
