H1 transfer from profit to non-profit (to profit may be in future)

I have H1B from a private organization that is good through next 5 years (including the next 3 years of extension) , now i got good offer from a non profit organization(university).

1.can i transfer this H1B on to them, or they have to file a new H1b.

2.In future i want to change the job from Non-profit to Profit regular corporate , can i use this H1 or i have to file a new H1 under lottery.

2)yes. Possible as long as it's not more than 6 yrs quota kindaki raavu. 6 yrs taruvatha aythe u have to apply in quota.

     a)6 yrs from the day of my initial H-1 or from the day the non-profit(university) filed H-1...?

    b.) let's say if  non-profit organization(university) file my GC and have my i-140 approval, can i still transfer my H-1 to profit organization in 7th year or so or it               will be in cap - count ?

    c) any idea on job duration or lay offs on tech jobs in universities..?

When you are going to non profit there is no question of quota or transfer as non profits are exempt from quota..and again 6 years lopala if you don't file GC you come under quota again after 1 year.

2.c) they have more funds, universities never affect due to economy. stable ga vuntayi.
