evaraina recently ee issue face chesevallu koncham update pettandhi dayachesi..if anyone were under the same situation recently during xtnsn / trnsfr but defended case successfully, plz post the points on how you defended well ..

Thanks guys. Kalasala compliance dept ki email pedithe , pichakuntla letter okati pampindru (daanilo 4 praafit ani mention chesindru) . enduku paniki raadu. inka btech evaulation chepichi pamputha...emaithadho chuudali. 

also thinking, hetch one initial dhi sep 20 daaka undhi valid..adhi aipoka mundhe oka consultancy meedhaki trnsfr chepichukundhaamani anukuntunna , in regular processing..so receipt vasthe daani meedha pani cheskovachu ani..emantaaru? trnsfr petition ki mundhu malli consultancy el cee a file cheyyala ?

Guys , naku kooda same response vachindhi uscis nunchi but into receipt raledhu waiting daani kosam .  But my guess is kalasala gurincha anukuntuna. Naku inko 5 months vundhi I-94 validity . Attorney ni Adiganu Naa H1b bachelors cap Leo apply chesaru and also nenu naa i-129 lo kooda chusanu bachelors cap ani . But worried y did they send ani. Kind of tensed . Naa first h12012 lo apply chesanu and 2014 lo extension chsanu so this is second h1 extension . Evaraki ina same experience Indha Stratford nunchi degree but applied in bachelors and even then got an rfe 

Just to prepare for worst case in case if the result is negative what options do I have . As I have 5 months i94 validity Adhi validity vuntundha even though Naa extension deny ithe .
