In 2012 u applied in non ms or ms?  while extension u skipped ms degree? Clarity plz

if you/friend have applied in 2012 and if the case was approved before the regualr cap was filled then your case will be 90% success in fighting, but ifit approved after the cap is filled, then consult powerful attorney like Murthyfirm immediately after receiving the notice, they have spl team in handling these cases. So check these two options immediately after you receive notice.  My friend went into the situation and was successful, he was under category 1 I explained.

Na case aa idhi ... applied in bachelors cap in 2012 and during first extension in 2014 yes mentioned that I did masters . Mali 2027 lo kooda mention chesanu masters ani . But 2012 I-129 lo chusa mama attorney bachelors cap Ki check chesindhi.

2012 applied in non masters and yes mentioned about masters in both extensions
