I paid 800$ and got a private lawyer. She suggested all the documents and my employer gave the documents what she suggested.. keep lawyer if you are not confident..for first stamping..I will say it will help.. and also these lawyers help if something happens.

Next i carried Round 8kgs of paper work..it is not required but again my employer and lawyers said..you should carry ..and as of now my employer don't have any rejections because of paper work and ammendment buy one of the guy was deported at cheekaago poe for some resume...etc etc..other than that no issues.

h1b visa interview is the easiest interview you'll ever take that too if you are working full time. Take pay stubs and offer letter that's it. Answer what do you do for your company. It doesn't matter if you change employers, and moreover you moved to a full time job. It will be a cake walk.
