Employer percentage?

Bros...

Manam employer ni enta adagochu if we bring the direct client to him? 1 -1.5 years project. Employer is also relative. So cannot ask anything that makes me look greedy. 

Nenu 80% anukuntuna. Insurance nade and h1, GC expenses anta nade.

pay check run chesthe employer tax entha kadathadu? ANy idea , then he can ask 85% or 90%. 80% is minimum, he can atleast demand 85%..

80% is a standard for H1b..very very very less companies give 90%(they will give late payments, start up sister company).. If it is a big company then no matter who bring the client doesn't matter.. 85% is the max...Try to ask GC expenses or 50% insurance if they go with 80%..
