Darryl Cullinan has a wonderful interview on the issue of quota in cricinfo. He has a balanced view of the effects of quota on the team's performance.

His opinion is, black juniors themselves find it hard to get into the cricket structure. So work has to start there frist.

regarding KP, and many others who fled south africa, good riddance. I think nation building is more important than a game of cricket.
