hi every one recent ga job came 10days back.... insurance pay cheyale mundu ipudu pay chedam ani fix ayanu please suggest best one..and since jan nundi insurance pay cheyaledu..so tax file chesetapuduu any probalem...penatlty vesthara emina?..thnakx in advance

Yes. Penalty padthadi...tax file chesetapudu....

Usual ga aithe you can not get insurance other than enrollment period (Nov to Feb) of any year. 

Loss of Job ane event use chesi you can get an insurance I guess..

nen last year due to some mistake insuarance ledu. file chesetapudu not a us citizen ani petti filed  . adhi entha correct procedure oh naku telidu. but penalty aythe undi if u r citizen as per tax norms
