TG sangathi tharuvaatha... sambar minister gallu andaru jaya kaalla kinda kukkallaaga paduthunnaru... jaya ammamma maa shoban thaatha ki appatlo BJ ichedhi... @3$%

chebithey neeku artham kaadhu bey. Chennai along with Kolkata are the best cities in India.

burra leni yedhava kadha. full ga chebithey gaani artham kaadhu anukunta.

Chennai has a long history with the british. So obviously the upper classes from chennai will have a better grip on the language than the rest of the country. Chennai schools are better, has better infrastructure, has healthier kids, higher literacy rate. Literally, we are better at everything.

So it approximates to an average chennaiite having better language skills than the average Indian.
