Educational matters, marital disputes related cases are dealt within the Overseas Indian Affairs-II, Division, MEA, Akbar Bhawan, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi

Sponsor problems, contract problems, recruiting agents related cases are dealt with in the PGE Division, MEA, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.

Grievances relating to commercial matters are looked after by Department of Commerce in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi.

Grievance/queries with regard to visa and passport, emergency travel documents, attestation of documents are not within the scope of this portal.
