Chennai has a long history with the british. So obviously the upper classes from chennai will have a better grip on the language than the rest of the country. Chennai schools are better, has better infrastructure, has healthier kids, higher literacy rate. Literally, we are better at everything.

So it approximates to an average chennaiite having better language skills than the average Indian.

I just watched the commander in chief forum, where veterans asked questions to Hillary and Trump.

One guy actually read out his question from a slip he had. The question was hardly 20-30 words. Another woman who got a great reception at her introduction, asked the most pointless question to Trump. 

just wondered what kind of dumbfcuks get into the US army. 

Then it struck me. Yomama is in the US military
