3 month mundu ma friend ki approve eeyindi ... Calgary lo oka tellodu tesukunnadu interview. we will scrutinize  ani cheppadu aanta. but approved in 2 weeks.

You choosed a wrong college bcoz of low fee and no classes/assignments etc.

Naku rule thelidu ante thappu correct ayipodu .... did you complain to uscis when there are no classes for a sem?

manam enni jariginna we always prefer easy path and exploit loopholes...... ninnu thappu pattatledu but we all need to change our attitude ...after all this incidents (Trivalley, UNNJ, UNVA etc) eppudu kuda change avvaka pothe inka waste.

University seems abnormal but not illegal because of these reasons:

1. I verified accreditation on website

2. I called SEVIS care to verify my status after moving to UNNJ

3. DMV verified my status after sending my documents to USCIS for 'SAVE' verification

She tried a lot nannu oppinchataniki nenu telise tappu chesanani, naaku kopam vachi I said below thing to her angrily:

You are entitled to your opinion. I told you all the facts and my view during that time. It's up to you to interpret the way you like. I haven't done anything illegal knowingly.

She closed the counter and went inside and came back with a piece of paper and asked me to write my relationship with UNNJ along with dates..etc

I wrote it.

I took the risk and I am ok to face the consequences when I chose to go to UNNJ. Worst case lo India lo settle avtam anthe kada, I have no issues with that. You may call it an easy path and I call it a calculated risk. Staying in America is not my life goal anyway..
