My friend ki pay cheque problem

Worked for a client from mid 2015 to mid 2016. Actually dec 31ki contract end ayindiii ...  They extended another 6 months.

Technically Contact extend avvadam late ayindiii, but this guy worked s usually because no one informed him anything ..

**** his time sheet didn't work at that time for 1st three weeks of Jan , since in the time system , his contract is not extended. 

Prime vendor told he is running this hours manually. Employer paid salary by seeing PV email. Twist is PV didn't run manual billing (g balupu staff valla ) .

Employer saying he didn't get bill for those hours ... So I will cut your current pay cheque. 

PV not responding properly.

Client ... Currently not working with them.

 

What are the options ??????

Here is the situation - 

PV saying - You or your employer didnt send me offline billing request, since it is special case.
Now it is too delay , we can ask client regarding hours , he worked in the month of Jan.

Employer saying .. PV agreed to do offline billing right (as agreed in email) and we don't know that we need to request them .

Hire an attorney and send a legal notice to employer and Prime Vendor.

The logistics should be well known to both PV and employer. How can an employee know about all these things.

so ask your friend to send a legal notice to both of them.

Does your friend have approved time sheets from client..If so ask his employer to do inovice to IDC..Time sheets kuda lekapothe koncham kastam proces..Employer dhee mistake adhii..He has to send invoice still on paper..
