true but that's because there is because high supply and low demand. i think we are moving away from point.

• indian MNCs have revised their policies in recent years for salary increase (infosys wipro confirm, others i donno)
• ippudu minimum 100K chesthey, short term gain only for H1bs, long term (after a decade tellollu will replace us)
