Question to Data Analysis experts

I have NYC property sales data for last 2 years. It also has many other details (or dimensions) for each sales figure - Property Type, Tax class, Building class, LOT size, Gross/Land Square Feet, Zip code, Year Built, Year sold, Borough. I need to analyze the data and create a report so that someone else can easily draw conclusions using that report. Here are the layouts I have so far.

1. Avg Price Per SQFT for each borough and/or Zip

2. Avg Price per SQFT for each property type

3. Avg Price per SQFT for each Building class type

Any other ideas?

Price of property, Taxes, Size,Zipcode, Yearbuilt should be your priorities in report.

Avg price per sqft...nobody understands what it means. most of them would be lookin at costly primarily and the built year/area it is in.

also u can develop a 'commute score' button by determining the properties location to nearest subwaytransportation

try to list the nearest shops, attractions etc for each property

This is helpful. Thank you. But don't we look at price per sqft when we compare the prices in the neighborhood. Or normally people only look at total price? Commute Score seems like a good idea but need to get the info from somewhere
