Full Time offer on H1b (5th year)

Hello,

I am currently working for US staffing company and i am in my 5th year of H1b. (with approved i140)
I got a Full Time offer from the Client. Can i go ahead and take the Full Time offer?

I know i have to transfer my visa to the client.

As i am in my 5th year of H1, will i get only 1 year visa extension if i transfer my visa? or will i be eligible to get the 3 yrs extension based on approved i140 from my current employer (US staffing company)?

I am certain I140 will not be revoked by my current employer even if i leave them.

Please let me know what are my options here?

Thanks

U will be eligible for 3-yr extension, that being said, it totally depends on whoever is reviewing ur profile from uscis, direct client ki antunav kabati most probably 3-yr extension ostundi

existing employer ki cheppaku move authuna ani, revoke chese chances both i140 n ur current h1b

also h1 transfer ni premium lo apply cheinchu, if client doesnt want to pay for premium, u pay out of ur pocket

Revoke chesina kooda old priority date 99% of the time retain avutundi. Aaa 1% chance teesukogaligite good.

Always a tough decision, but risk edo 5th year lo ne cheyyi. Once 6th year daatindi ante ide pani inka chala pedda risk laaga anipistundi.
